‘Socket bombs’ found at Agriculture Development Office, Humla

BIRENDRANAGAR, Nov 23: Two socket bombs were recovered from the premises of the Agriculture Development Office in Humla.

According to the Karnali Province Police Office, the explosives were found at the office located in the district headquarters, Simikot on Sunday morning. One of the bombs was inside a two-kg plastic bucket which was wrapped by a plastic cover and tied by a piece of rope while the other was found beside the bucket.


“We are investigating the case,” said a police officer at the Karnali Province Police Office.
