Supporting Madhav Nepal, independent candidate Rewant Jha joins Unified Socialist

RAUTAHAT, Oct 27: Rewant Jha, an independent candidate for the House of Representatives election from Rautahat Constituency No 1, has supported Madhav Kumar Nepal, chairman of the CPN (Unified Socialist).

RAUTAHAT, Oct 27: Rewant Jha, an independent candidate for the House of Representatives election from Rautahat Constituency No 1, has supported Madhav Kumar Nepal, chairman of the CPN (Unified Socialist).


During a ceremony organized in the district headquarters, Gaur, Jha announced that he had withdrawn his candidacy in the support of Madhav Kumar, Chairman of Unified Socialist and former Prime Minister of Nepal.

It is said that Jha, who was busy campaigning for the election as an independent candidate, returned to his old party at the special initiative of Shambhu Shah and Prabin Pandey, head of Gaur Municipality. Jha, who has been the closest ally of Nepal in the past and led the development of Constituency No 1, joined a Madhesh-based party after the Madhesh movement.


Similarly, Jha has said that he became independent after the leaders of the Madhesh party abandoned the principles and started engaging in the politics of power. He mentioned that he returned to his old party after realizing the need to help the leader of the country. Jha is also engaged in the election campaign from today showing his support for Nepal.


Likewise, Chairman Nepal welcomed Jha in the party with garlands. Leaders Nepal and Jha also interacted with the media.
