Secretary Pandey has been arrested on the charge of his involvement in the fake refugee scam. The District Court Kathmandu has extended the detention of Pandey for seven more days for further investigation.
He was arrested by police on May 3 from Pepsi-Cola in Kathmandu on the charge of making fake Bhutanese refugee identity cards.
