“We have been organizing these Futsal tournaments on the occasion of every World Cup and Euro Cup since 2017 AD. The idea of this tournament is to bring all staff under one roof where they compete against each other in one sports event,” said Niraj Bohora, deputy general manager of the company.

The team Germany is led by Samir Shrestha, team Argentina by Amir Maharjan, team France by Prabesh Manandhar and team Brazil by Amit Raj Pant. The captaincy of girl’s team Argentina is led by Merisha Shilpakar and team Portugal by Shuchi Shrestha. According to Bohora, referees from FIFA and nurses will be present at the tournament in order to have certified and safe games.

Samir Shrestha, business head and talent acquisition of Jobejee (sister organization of Suvidha Sewa) said that these types of events play an important role in fostering team spirit and supporting employee wellness. “We want all the employees of our office to interact, bond and enjoy themselves together outside the normal work environment. This also helps to promote a teamwork-focused environment.”
