There should be no prejudice against schools opened in name of martyrs: Lumbini FinMin Maski

KATHMANDU,  July 2: Finance Minister of Lumbini Province, Dhan Bahadur Maski, has said that schools opened in the name of martyrs should be treated equally, without any political prejudice.


While inspecting Martyr Krishna Sen Ichhuk Polytechnic Institute at Ghorahi in Dang today, he emphasized that such schools opened in the name of Martyrs should be strengthened.

Minister Maski said that the Lumbini Province government has provided Rs 2 million to Martyr Krishna Sen Ichhuk Polytechnic Institute and promised to manage the necessary budget in the future as well.


The school, which was opened in the name of a martyr, is currently teaching 12 technical subjects such as diploma and others. At that time, the Principal of the school, Achyut Raj Dahal, said that since the necessary infrastructure has been built in the school, it needs a budget for decoration.


Currently, 308 students are studying various subjects in the school. Currently, subjects such as forestry, food and dairy are being taught at the school.
