Three staffers at health ministry test positive for COVID-19

KATHMANDU, Aug 9: Three employees at the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) have tested positive for the coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

KATHMANDU, Aug 9: Three employees at the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) have tested positive for the coronavirus disease (COVID-19).


Sameer Adhikari, assistant spokesperson for the MoHP, said that three office assistants at the ministry tested positive for the virus during PCR tests conducted earlier Sunday.

As many as 80 employees at the ministry had undergone PCR tests for coronavirus recently. "Of them three tested positive," Adhikari added.
