CHITWAN, Nov 18: A child was killed after being hit by a tipper at Brahmadev Chowk of Bharatpur Metropolitan City-6 in Chitwan today.
The deceased has been identified as Ahil of the Municipality-15, a four-year-old child of Mahammad Alam. The accident occurred when the tipper (Na 5 Kha 6998) collided head on with the bicycle Mahammad was riding on which Ahil was the pillion passenger.

Ahil died on the way to a hospital, said the police. However, Mahammad was unhurt in the accident. The police have taken under control the tipper driver along with the vehicle.
