ARGHAKHANCHI, Dec 11: CPN (Maoist Center) candidate Top Bahadur Rayamajhi has won in the single constituency of Arghakhanchi. Rayamajhi defeated his close rival Dr Ram Bahadur BC by 18,444 votes margin.
