Two caught while stealing motorcycle in Kuleshwor

KATHMANDU, Nov 6: Police have arrested two men while they were making off after stealing a motorcycle.



Police nabbed Suraj Bhusal, 23 and Suraj Bhusal, 19 of Kirtipur Municipality-12 near Kuleshwor Bridge while they were making off after stealing a motorcycle, Ba 74 pa 6547, which was parked at Suryodaya Pharmacy in Kuleshwor.



Likewise, goods worth Rs 84,000 were stolen from a rented room of Sabitri Pathak, 24, of Nuwakot-8 in Tarkeshwor Municipality-20, Manmaiju.



According to police, thieves entered the room and ran away with a gold necklace weighing one tola, one mobile and Rs 20,000 in cash.



Police have arrested a 20-year-old youth for his alleged involvement in the theft.



Meanwhile, police have arrested a man while he was trying to break a steel drawer with a screw driver and a wrench at the second floor of a house of Kedar Giri in Chandragiri Municipality-18 in Kathmandu.



Police arrested Saroj Gurung of Sunsari, Ramganga-3 after he was found entering the house by the house owner.
