DANG, May 31: Two individuals were killed while one other was seriously injured when an autorickshaw and a motorcycle collided head-on in Dang.

According to Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Thakur Pokhrel at the Area Police Office, Tulsipur, the motorcyclist Rajesh Bhandari, 30, and Sakar KC, 31, both residents of Babai Rural Municipality-4, died during treatment.


An autorickshaw (Ra 1 Ha 4096) coming from Kumlagadhi towards Tulsipur and a motorcycle (Ra 7 Pa 250) traveling in the opposite direction collided with each other at Kumlagadhi in Tulsipur-2, Dang. In the accident, 43-year-old Rudra Bahadur Thapa, the rickshaw driver from Shantinagar-7, Khaireni, Dang, was seriously injured. He is currently undergoing treatment in Nepalgunj.
