KATHMANDU, Sept 11: A meeting of the UML’s Standing Committee to discuss and decide the party’s representatives participating in the statute convention has been postponed for 3PM today. According to Yogesh Bhattarai, chief of the UML’s publicity department, a meeting of the committee was held this morning to discuss the upcoming statute convention of the party.
As many as 3,000 representatives from across the country are estimated to arrive at the convention. The meeting has been postponed for 3PM to discuss the topic.
Maoist Center’s standing committee to meet today
According to Bhattarai, the meeting will discuss the party’s statute which will be presented at the statute convention. Similarly, political and organizational reports will also be discussed at the meeting.
