The CPN (Maoist) has called a secretariat meeting after the ruling coalition agreed to ratify the MCC with an "explanatory declaration".
The meeting which will be held at 11 AM, two hours before the House of Representatives meeting will decide whether to stand in favor of the MCC project or to vote against it.
