KATHMANDU, March 17: The CPN (Unified Socialist) Secretariat meeting is being held today.

The meeting will be held at the party's central office in Aloknagar at 12 PM.
Party Deputy General Secretary Gangalal Tuladhar said that local level elections would be discussed in the meeting. The meeting will also decide on the local level candidates' deciding body and the signing officer. The issue of forming an alliance in the election will also be discussed.
