Earlier, this number at usual time used to be just 40-60, Hospital's Medical Officer Dr Anil Giri said. Private health institutes in the district are too receiving an increasing number of patients these days.
The risk of viral infection is high in the monsoon, Dr Giri said, advising people to take preventive measures and at least drink clean or boiled water to avoid the chances of infection during the monsoon. RSS
