‘Manchinte Firante’ was first showcased as a part of Mandala’s first mobile theater program. In March of this year, they had taken their traveling theater truck ‘Junkiri’ to different areas of Ring Road and Bhaktapur to perform five shows of this play.

“The story and its characters are very simple but they speak volumes about the society we live in,” Rajan Khatiwada, the play’s director, says in his director’s statement.

(Regular shows start at 5.15 PM everyday (except Mondays). There will be an additional show at 1 PM on Saturdays.)
