KATHMANDU, April 7: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has said that it does not agree with the Common Minimum Program of the government. Spokesperson for RSP, Mukul Dhakal said earlier that many topics of the Common Minimum Program of the coalition government with UML have now been left out.
On Friday morning, an informal meeting of the parliamentary party (PP) of the RSP concluded that the Common Minimum Program of the government is soft against corruption.

Dhakal told the media persons that various important issues such as quick detection of rape cases, opening of business incubation centers, facilitating investment of non-essential Nepalis, implementing the framework of Digital Nepal, becoming self-sufficient in data servers, and implementing the concept of national identity card (Rastriya Parichaya Patra) in one year have been removed.
Dhakal also said that their issues such as voting rights of Nepalis living abroad, time card in government services Federal Education Act for quality employment-oriented education, Umbrella University Act, Health Act for quality and accessible health services have been continued in the Common Minimum Program, but overall they are abstract, aimless and filled with loopholes.
