KATHMANDU, Dec 15: The weather is expected to be clear across the country today, with only partial changes in weather in the Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces. The Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) under the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has reported a partial influence of westerly winds in Nepal.
According to MFD, the hilly areas of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces will experience partly cloudy conditions, with some parts of Terai likely to encounter fog. In contrast, the remaining provinces are expected to enjoy generally clear weather.

MFD officials have said that the weather will be predominantly clear in the rest of the country. However, the hilly areas, including Sudurpaschim Province, may experience partly cloudy conditions in the afternoon. Additionally, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces are forecasted to have generally clear weather tonight.
The MFD officials have also requested the general public to take necessary precautions to avoid the effects of cold as the temperature is decreasing across the country.
