KATHMANDU, Dec 27 : Protesting against the dissolution of the House of Representatives (HoR), students of the rival faction of Nepal Communist Party close to Pushpa Kamal Dahal and Madhav Kumar Nepal organized a whistle rally in Kathmandu on Sunday.
Marching along the Maitighar-Babarmahal road section, the students blew whistles to drag the attention of the government.
