KATHMANDU, March 7: A writ petition has been filed against Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli at the Supreme Court arguing that he took the oath of office of the Prime Minister without completing due process.

In a writ petition registered today, advocate Yagyamani Neupane said that Oli took charge of the Prime Minister by overlooking the process as there is a constitutional provision that the oath from the parliament should be taken to become the Prime Minister.
