“It is characterized by a light and refreshing taste, complemented by fruity and spicy notes, all while maintaining a mild hop bitterness. The 'Barahsinghe Belgian Style Witbier' boasts a pale and cloudy appearance, a result of the unfiltered yeast present in the brew.”

Abhishek Shrestha, the managing director of Yak Brewing Co, expressed his enthusiasm for this latest addition, stating, “Belgian Witbier is a beer style with a history that dates back hundreds of years, and is currently experiencing a resurgence in the global market. We are proud to offer this flavourful beer style to beer enthusiasts in Nepal. This festive season, you can savor the taste of a witbier that is popular in European countries. At Yak Brewing Co, we are committed to delivering new flavors to our consumers while staying true to our commitment to innovation.”

Yak Brewing Co said the 'Barahsinghe Belgian Style Witbier' is the newest offering in the company’s diverse lineup of craft beers, expanding their selection to a total of six unique varieties. This “delightful brew” will be available on draft and in 330ml bottles at selected establishments throughout the Kathmandu Valley, starting on October 18, added the company.
