KATHMANDU, July 25: When Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba was about to address a program organized by the Bhimsen Thapa Memorial Foundation, three youths chanted slogans against the Citizenship Bill and the MCC.

They chanted slogans like ‘repeal the Citizenship Bill’, ‘down with Sher Bahadur Deuba, MCC’s accomplice’, ‘let’s protect nationality’, ‘let's protect our independence’ etc. At first, one person started chanting the slogan, but when security personnel took hold of him, two other people joined him.
The youths were taken away by the security personnel and the program continued.
