21 more people recover from COVID-19 today, Nepal’s recovery tally reaches 486

KATHMANDU, June 8: As many as 21 patients of COVID-19 have been discharged from hospitals after recovery.

KATHMANDU, June 8: As many as 21 patients of COVID-19 have been discharged from hospitals after recovery.


According to Dr Jageshwar Gautam, the newly-appointed spokesperson for the Ministry of Health and Population, a female and 20 males were discharged from hospitals after recovery.

Among the 21 recovered today, 20 were discharged from Khajura, Banke-based COVID-19 Hospital. They all were males.


Also, one patient - a female - was discharged from the Unified COVID-19 Hospital, Balmbu, after recovery. 


So far, 486 patients have recovered from COVID-19 in Nepal. Among them, 419 are males and 69 are females.
