KATHMANDU, Dec 3: Benches have been fixed for all kinds of cases including the habeas corpus ones at the Supreme Court but the hearing has not started yet. Eleven benches have been formed for the hearing today.
There are nine joint benches and two single benches fixed for today. There are 136 cases pending in these sessions.

Although the Supreme Court started fixing benches using the automation system from December 1, due to internal disputes, no hearing has been held on other cases except habeas corpus since October 25.
