ILAM, Jan 14: Senior orthopedic surgeon and professor at the Tribhuvan University, Institute of Medicine (IOM), Dr Govinda KC has been prescribed a better-equipped hospital after his condition deteriorated.
His blood pressure is not stable. It, at times, increases from 30 to 240 degrees. He has developed infection in his neck and left lung.
“Dr KC requires to be transferred to ICU immediately as his condition is getting critical,” said Dr Bijendra Kumar Sah at an emergency press meet organized at 5 pm today.
Dr KC’s immunity power is also getting worse while the level of oxygen in blood is decreasing. He was transferred to Ilam Hospital form Fulgachhi at 9 am today after his palpitation found unstable.
Dr KC resorted to the 16th fast-unto-death demanding implementation of the agreement reached with government on July 26, 2018.
