KAPILVASTU, March 5: Cadres of outlawed Biplab-led group have set fire on six vehicles belonging to a construction company in Shivraj municipality on Wednesday midnight.
According to police, two excavators, two JCBs and two pickup vans were torched. Of them, one excavator was set on fire at Shivraj-1, Turuntapur, two JCBs and two Mahindra pick up vans at Bijayanagar rural municipality-2, Lohoraulaa. The incident sites are the most affected areas of the outlawed group.

Burnt vehicles belong to Sharma and Sharma Company, the private construction firm which has been working along Postal Highway, according to Police Inspector at Area Police Office, Ganeshpur Madhu Nepal. He added that all the vehicles were completely destroyed due to fire.
Police also recovered some pamphlets of the group from the sites in which the contractor company has been charged with five different accusations.
“Police have launched a probe into the case and intensified search operation for detaining the culprits,” informed Deputy Superintendent at District Police Office, Kapilvastu Sunil Malla.
