Canadian tourist missing from Tanahun

DAMAULI (Tanahun), Dec 31: A foreign tourist has gone missing from Dumre bazaar in Bandipur rural municipality-1. Kilk Milhausen from Canada has been out of contact for the past three days, police said.

DAMAULI (Tanahun), Dec 31: A foreign tourist has gone missing from Dumre bazaar in Bandipur rural municipality-1. Kilk Milhausen from Canada has been out of contact for the past three days, police said.


On his way to Kathmandu from Pokhara, Milhausen had disembarked at Dumre and has not been seen since. The Tourist Police Office in Bandipur has urged the tourism entrepreneurs and hoteliers of Bandipur to help find him, according to Tourism Development Committee Chair Kisan Pradhan.

"His belongings that were in the vehicle he was riding in have reached Kathmandu. But he is reported to be out of contact since got off at Dumre,” Pradhan said.
