KATHMANDU, July 9: The District Public Prosecutor's Office has filed a case against 15 individuals in the Kathmandu District Court for their involvement in a scheme to obtain personal benefits by creating fake driving licenses.
The accused include Keshav Aryal, the former head of the Transport Management Office, and several other officials and computer operators of various transport management offices across Nepal.

The public prosecutor’s office has also filed charge-sheets against former computer operators of the Transport Management Office, Butwal, Laxman Pandey, Gyanraj Pandey, Narayan Prasad Pandey, and Padmaraj Acharya.
Others involved in the misdeed have been identified as Subas Paudel, Ramakrishna Shrestha, the former computer operator of the Transport Management Office in Kawasoti, Nawalparasi, Binod Bhandari, a computer operator at the Transport Management Office in Kaski, Rajesh Lamsal, non-commissioned officer at the Transport Management Office in Chitwan, Bibek Bhandari, a computer operator at the Transport Management Office in Jhapa, and Dilip Kumar Shah, a computer operator at the Transport Management Office in Dhanusha.
