Chand-led outfit’s Jajarkot in-charge arrested

NEPALGUNJ, Nov 15: Police have arrested a leader of outlawed Communist Party of Nepal led by Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplav’ from Kohalpur in the district on Thursday night at around 11:30 pm.

NEPALGUNJ, Nov 15: Police have arrested a leader of outlawed Communist Party of Nepal led by Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplav’ from Kohalpur in the district on Thursday night at around 11:30 pm.

Acting on a tip-off, police apprehended Prem Prakash Oli, 42, of Nalgad Municipality-2, Raghunath from Kohalpur municipality-2, Buta. He is also the Jajarkot district in-charge of the outfit.


According to Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Hem Shahi, Oli has been charged with extortion and torching Ncell towers and collecting donations forcefully.
