Don’t be too obvious: Never make your password as simple as the word password itself. Don’t use your own name, family member’s name, your address or any other personal information that can be guessed easily.

Don’t use easy keyboard sequences: Keyboard sequences like ‘qwerty’ can be easily guessed by any hacker. Even if you use a keyboard sequence, use an unusual pattern that you can easily remember but the hacker would find it difficult to guess.

Don’t use the same password: If you use the same password across multiple accounts, you are increasing the risk of all your accounts being hacked. Even if it seems very convenient to use the same password for everything, you are not protecting yourself at all.
