Dahal-Nepal faction still in favor of party unity, says NCP leader Bhattarai

NEPALGUNJ, Dec 28: Leader of Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Dahal-Nepal faction, Yogesh Kumar Bhattarai, has said that leaders of his faction are still in favor of party unity.


Speaking at a press conference in Nepalgunj, Bhattarai, a Standing Committee member of the faction, said that Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli should correct himself to keep the party unity intact.

He also viewed that the constitution has no provision of dissolving the House of Representatives (HoR) by the prime minister. "There is no need for an election at present," Bhattarai said.


The rival faction leader of NCP also expressed hope that the HoR will be revived.
