Deliberation on joint political report at NCP meet concludes

KATHMANDU, Dec 23: The ongoing standing committee meeting of the ruling Communist Party of Nepal has concluded a deliberation on the joint political report presented by party chairs KP Sharma Oli and Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda'.

KATHMANDU, Dec 23: The ongoing standing committee meeting of the ruling Nepal Communist Party  has concluded a deliberation on the joint political report presented by party chairs KP Sharma Oli and Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda'.


The chairs are scheduled to respond to queries on the report at today's meeting to begin at 4:30 pm at the Party Central Office, Dhumbarahi, said the party spokesperson Narayan Kaji Shrestha. "Leader Pradeep Gyawali put his view on the report. Although they were scheduled to respond to the queries on the report this morning earlier, the time is rescheduled due to various reasons," he said.

Also on the occasion, NCP senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal took special time and put his views on the recently held Asia Pacific Summit. Some other leaders participating in the meeting decried the party leadership for having participated in the Summit that drew huge criticism from various quarters.


Some other standing committee members attending the meeting criticised the party leadership for failing to give full shape to party unification, and accused the government of failing to work to meet people’s expectation. RSS
