Diversion created to resume transportation

NAWALPARASI, Dec 12: The vehicular movement along the East-West Highway resumed on Sunday evening after remaining blocked the whole day following the collapse of a bridge over the Baulaha river.

NAWALPARASI, Dec 12: The vehicular movement along the East-West Highway resumed on Sunday evening after remaining blocked the whole day following the collapse of a bridge over the Baulaha river. 



The bridge gave way under the impact of a truck (Na 6 Kha 3017) which crashed into the eastern section of the bridge. The left portion the bridge collapsed and dangled following the impact. 



Transportation resumed after a diversion was created for passage of the stranded vehicles. RSS
