“The court ordered us to release them upon paying the bail. We did so. However, since the police sent us a letter, we are sending them to the DMLI and the CIAA.”

It has been said that the District Police Range Teku, Kathmandu, should send those released in the fake Bhutanese refugee case to the DMLI and the CIAA.

Sandeep Rayamajhi and Ram Sharan KC, who were ordered to be released on bail by the Patan High Court, are also in the process of posting a bail. Even if the bail is submitted to the court, they will be released from prison only if they are released by the DMLI and the CIAA.
