Energy summit to be held in Kathmandu on Nov 21 and 22

KATHMANDU, Oct 23: Energy summit will be held in Kathmandu, Nepal on November 21 and 22. Independent Power Producers Association Nepal (IPPAN) stated that the summit would focus on the country's energy production, market and external investment.

Kumar Paudel, senior vice-president of IPPAN said the summit will be inaugurated by Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.


Energy experts from various countries including India, Bangladesh, China, Canada, Netherland, Britain, USA, Japan would also be present during summit. Minister for Finance Khatiwada will be also joining the event.
