“First withdraw your support to the government. Then I will resign,” he said. “This is not the first time that my resignation has been sought. I cannot resign to meet each and every demand,” he added.

A central committee meeting of the Nepali Congress held late Friday decided to seek the resignation of PM Oli and form a new government under its own leadership.

Meanwhile, former PM Baburam Bhattari  welcomed the NC’s decision to seek PM Oli’s resignation and asked other opposition parties to play their roles as opposition.
