NEPALGUNJ, July 18: Four people died while seven others sustained serious injuries in a jeep accident that took place in East Rukum on Wednesday afternoon.
The incident took place when a jeep, Lu 1 Ja 2573, heading to Dhaulapaira ferrying passengers from Chhipridaha met with an accident.

The identity of the deceased is yet to be ascertained.
Nepal Army, Nepal Police and locals are carrying out rescue work.
The rescue has been disrupted as the rain is still continuing, said Inspector Diwakar Rijal of District Police Office, East Rukum. The number of casualties may go up.
