HoR meeting postponed at UML's request, next meeting on Jan 12

KATHMANDU, Jan 5: The meeting of the House of Representatives to be convened on January 6 has been postponed.

KATHMANDU, Jan 5: The meeting of the House of Representatives to be convened on January 6 has been postponed.


The Parliament Secretariat issuing a statement said that the meeting scheduled for Thursday has been postponed and has been called for January 12 at 1:00PM.

The meeting was called for January 6 after the Maoist Center demanded to postpone it due to its ongoing National General Convention.


The UML had requested the Parliament Secretariat to postpone the meeting for some time as it is yet to hold conventions in some districts.
