Indian Army gifts 100,000 COVID-19 vaccines to Nepal Army

KATHMANDU, Feb 24: The Indian Army has gifted 100,000 doses of ‘Made in India’ COVID-19 vaccines to the Nepali Army under the Government of India’s ‘Vaccine Maitri’ initiative.

KATHMANDU, Feb 24: The Indian Army has gifted 100,000 doses of ‘Made in India’ COVID-19 vaccines to the Nepali Army under the Government of India’s ‘Vaccine Maitri’ initiative.


The vaccines were handed over by Lt Gen PN Ananthanarayanan, SM, President Gorkha Brigade to Lt Gen Bal Krishna Karki, VCOAS of the Nepali Army, in a ceremony at Nepali Army Headquarters, Tudikhel on Thursday.
