The meeting of the Metropolitan Executive held on May 15 decided to monitor revenue collection. A monitoring team has been formed for the same purpose. The team will consist of public representatives and employees.

The monitoring team will be selected by the ward chairman. On the designated day, the property tax, rent tax and business registration renewal forms will be filled by reaching the place where the relevant taxpayers are. Copies of necessary documents will also be taken during this process. The detailed forms filled in this way will be submitted to the ward office every day.

The forms received at the ward office will be entered into the computer and the certificate and tax payment will be issued. Due to this, tax and revenue related taxpayers will be made to pay through an online system. After this, the certificate will be provided on the spot.

Taxpayers who do not pay revenue through the online system will be called to the ward office to submit the tax and get the certificate and tax payment. The monitoring team works eight hours a day, according to the metropolis.
