KATHMANDU, Dec 20: Nepali Congress (NC) leader Dr Shekhar Koirala has proposed making Gagan Kumar Thapa as the leader of the NC parliamentary party (PP).
Koirala agreed to propose NC General Secretary Thapa as the PP leader after a discussion at a hotel at BabarMahal on Tuesday.

Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba is also running for the leadership of the parliamentary party in the Nepali Congress parliamentary party election to be held on Wednesday.
