KATHMANDU, Oct 29: Central Police Dog Training School of Nepal Police on Saturday organized a special function to mark Kukur Tihar, the second day of the five-day Tihar festival.
During the function, dogs were offered garlands, vermillion powder and delicious foods to thank their role in investigation. Some glimpses from the event.
