KATHMANDU, June 26: The dead body of one of the missing individuals in a landslide in Lamjung has been recovered.
According to Megh Nath Chapagain, deputy superintendent of police (DSP) and spokesperson for the District Police Office, Lamjung, the dead body of Bhim Bahadur Ghale, 70, who was missing since night in the landslide triggered by incessant rain has been found.

Four members of the same family went missing when three houses were swept away by a landslide in Kwholasothar Rural Municipality-3, Lamjung. Ghale’s dead body was found this morning.
According to DSP Chapagain, Ghale's daughter-in-law, 36, two granddaughters of about 7-8 years of age and 4-5 years of age, are still missing. The search for them is ongoing.
DSP Chapagain said that rescue and search operations are getting affected by the continuous rain in Lamjung.
