JANAKPURDHAM, Nov 8: The Madhesh Province government is going to announce protest programs against the federal government today. The provincial government is announcing protest programs saying that the federal government has been delaying the implementation of the police adjustment and the Civil Service Act.
According to Mohammad Samim, Minister for Home Affairs, Communications and Law in Madhesh Province, a press conference will be held at the Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers at 2 PM today to announce the protest programs.

Minister Samim said that the protest programs will be announced today according to the decision of the all-party meeting with the chief minister and ministers held earlier on Monday, which led to the struggle on issues such as police adjustment, Civil Service Act, etc.
Madhesh Chief Minister Saroj Kumar Yadav under his own leadership is going to submit a memorandum with a 15-day ultimatum to Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal tomorrow.
