KATHMANDU, March 31: Harka Sampang, the mayor of Dharan Sub-metropolitan City, has met Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane.
During the meeting at the ministry on Sunday, the two discussed the control of drug addiction.

Mayor Sampang has invited the Home Minister to participate in the 'Sudharbar' campaign he has been running on Fridays in Dharan.
Home Minister Lamichhane has expressed his commitment to participate in the campaign.
Lamichhane said that not only the federal but all levels should go forward together to control drug addiction.
Mayor Sampang demanded the construction of area police and traffic police office buildings in Dharan, establishment of armed police barracks and adequate resources for security personnel.
