KATHMANDU, July 4: Members of the National Assembly, the upper House of the federal parliament, have drawn the government’s attention to the problem faced by the farmers due to the shortage of chemical fertilizers. Today, in the special sitting of the upper House, MP Anita Devkota objected that the budget was spent in an unorganized manner.
