Talking to media persons after staging the protest, NBA President Chandeshwor Shrestha said that there should be no distortion and inconsistency in the judiciary as an independent and clean judiciary is the backbone of human rights. Similarly, President of the Supreme Court Bar Association, Purnaman Shakya said that the lawmakers are making preparations to go to the  Department of Money Laundering Investigation to investigate the assets of CJ Rana and his family members. He also claimed that the Bar will help in the property investigation of the chief justice.
