NCP Secretariat meeting scheduled for November 22

KATHMANDU, Nov 19: Preparations are underway to hold the Secretariat meeting of the Nepal Communist Party on November 22.

KATHMANDU, Nov 19: Preparations are underway to hold the Secretariat meeting of the Nepal Communist Party on November 22, said the NCP central office. The meeting could not be held for the past around one month due to various reasons like ill health of Prime Minister and the NCP Chairperson KP Sharma Oli and festivals, said Secretary of the central office, Krishna Gopal Shrestha.

The meeting will discuss issues regarding giving full-shape to the NCP provincial committee, the formation of the district committee, unification of sister organizations, the agenda and schedule for holding the standing committee meeting, review of the performance of party, parliament and the government and management of the central office, he said. The last Secretariat meeting was held on October 25.


"Party's senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal, who is on a foreign visit, is returning home on coming Wednesday. Thereafter the meeting will be held," he said. RSS
