KATHMANDU, JULY 11: Nepal recorded 168 new cases of COVID-19 along with 37 recoveries and zero death from the virus on Monday, according to the information released by the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP).
A total of 3,020 swab samples were tested for COVID-19 on the day. Of them, 129 PCR tests and 39 antigens tests turned out to be positive for the virus. There are currently 770 active cases of COVID-19 across the country.

So far, 11,952 people have died from the virus across the country.
Meanwhile, the Kathmandu Valley has 523 active cases of COVID-19. Of them, 453 cases are in Kathmandu, eight in Bhaktapur and 62 in Lalitpur districts.
