KATHMANDU, July 3: Nepal's COVID-19 death toll has risen to 32 on Friday, according to Ministry of Health and Population.
According to Jageshwar Gautam, the spokesperson for the ministry, the country's COVID-19 death toll reached 32 with the death of a 85-year-old man from New Baneswar, Kathmandu on Thursday.

The throat swab of the man tested positive for COVID-19, he said.
He had been suffering from high blood pressure and Parkinson for a long time and was recently admitted to a private hospital in the capital.
"The old man breathed his last in course of treatment in the hospital on Thursday. Our ministry expresses condolence to the bereaved family members," Gautam said.
