Nepal Tarun Dal constructs 72 temporary houses for earthquake victims

KATHMANDU, Dec 27: Nepal Tarun Dal, the youth wing of the Nepali Congress (NC) party has completed the construction of 72 temporary houses for earthquake victims.

KATHMANDU, Dec 27: Nepal Tarun Dal, the youth wing of the Nepali Congress (NC) party has completed the construction of 72 temporary houses for earthquake victims.


In Jajarkot, which was the most affected by the earthquake, Tarun Dal set up temporary tents. Tarun Dal has built temporary housing in Wards No 1, 3 and 4 of Bheri Municipality.

Leaders and workers of Tarun Dal were working for the construction of temporary housing for nine days. According to Tarun Dal, more than 50 Tarun Dal leaders and workers have been deployed for the construction of temporary housing.


Ashok Jha, leader of Tarun Dal, said that necessary arrangements have been made on behalf of Tarun Dal for making temporary accommodation. The Tarun Dal coordinated with the Federation of Contractors Associations of Nepal for the necessary tools for the construction work.


NC has assigned leaders and party cadres in groups for construction along with skilled manpower.
